We’ve partnered with FedEx to ensure your order is delivered securely and on time. To help you with your purchasing decision, we list the average time it will take for an order to process for each product.. Orders for some products will process more quickly than others due to order inventory status. We try to be as fair and accurate as possible when listing each product’s availability.

We ship on normal working days (non-holidays) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. For any defective products or returns made after the 30-day period, please follow the terms outlined in NorthVolt's Limited Warranty.

Returns must include all accessories and original packaging. For non-quality-related claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. NorthVolt will refund only the cost of the product itself. Returns may be rejected if they do not meet these requirements.

To complete your return, you need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Our typical processing time is within 10 days. For any issues, please contact us as soon as possible.

All NorthVolt items include a 3-year satisfaction warranty. If there’s any issue, we’ll replace it or refund you.
